Refund Policy
This policy explains refund eligibility, how to request a refund, and how payments are returned for VPNSweet subscriptions. Before submitting a request, check the payment order in your account. Order verification and processing updates are handled through support tickets in the user panel.
Refund Window and Eligibility
You can request a full refund, no questions asked, within 14 days of your first payment. The payment record for your first paid order is used to verify the refund window. Eligible requests do not require proof of a route issue or completion of troubleshooting before a refund.
You may request a refund within this window if the service does not meet your expectations, your access needs change, or you no longer need the subscription. Sharing a reason can help improve the service, but it is not required for a no-questions-asked refund. State clearly in your support ticket that you are requesting a refund, rather than only asking about a connection issue.
Limits and Unusual Orders
Requests made after the refund window, as well as later renewals, additional payments, or upgrade orders, do not automatically receive a new first-payment refund window. If one of these orders involves a duplicate charge, an amount discrepancy, or a delivery issue, submit the relevant records for support to review the specific transaction. No uniform outcome is promised in advance.
This policy does not impose additional refund thresholds based on the proportion of data used or the number of connections. Using a substantial amount of data does not automatically cancel eligibility for a no-questions-asked full refund within the window. Unpaid orders, unsuccessful payments, and orders that have already been refunded are not eligible paid orders awaiting a refund.
For account violations or payment disputes, distinguish service-use concerns from actual payment records. Account status alone is not a blanket reason to refuse a refund. If further verification is needed, the matters to be checked and the basis for handling them should be explained. See the Terms of Service for other service-use requirements.
How to Request a Refund
Sign in to the account used for payment and submit a support ticket through the user panel. Use “Refund Request” as the subject and specify the relevant plan or data package. No email address is required; you can submit the request and continue the conversation in your account.
- Provide the order number, payment time, amount paid, and payment method.
- If the payment status differs from the account record, attach proof of payment and redact unrelated personal information.
- If multiple orders are involved, identify each transaction that needs review rather than combining separate payments into one request.
Do not send your account password, wallet private key, or other authentication credentials in a support ticket. Keep the original ticket and add any further information to that same ticket so the request time, order, and processing record can be reviewed together.
Refunds to the Original Payment Method
Refunds are generally returned to the original payment method; a confirmed cash refund is not replaced with account credit. If the original transaction cannot be refunded directly, support should explain why and confirm an available option with the requester before proceeding. The recipient should not be changed without authorization.
Request review, order verification, refund initiation, and receipt of funds are separate steps. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment provider, and this policy does not guarantee a fixed timeframe. Refer to the outcome in your support ticket and your payment statement. If you receive a refund initiation notice but the funds have not arrived, ask support to check the transaction status in the original ticket.
Payment Methods and Continued Access
Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. For Alipay and WeChat Pay, refunds should be made through the original order whenever possible, with the refund record checked through the original payment channel. USDT transfers work differently from payment platform orders; an on-chain transfer cannot be treated as a transaction that can simply be reversed.
For USDT payments, provide the original transaction ID in your support ticket. If a separate transfer back is needed, confirm the network, recipient address, and amount first. Any fees or conversion details should be explained and confirmed before processing; no undisclosed deductions will be assumed.
The processing outcome should also explain when subscription benefits related to a refund will end. If you only need to adjust your connection setup while a request is being reviewed, see the FAQ. Refund requests and usage support are handled separately, and asking for help does not affect your ability to request a refund within the applicable window.
