Service Scope

VPNSweet provides international route subscriptions for cross-border access and network acceleration, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. A subscription grants access to the routes and data allowance included in the selected plan. It does not include memberships to third-party websites, apps, or content platforms, nor does it replace their accounts or licenses.

Plan prices, data allowances, and billing methods are as shown on the pricing page and at order confirmation. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date; when you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated over the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. Choose a subscription based on your use case and actual usage, and do not confuse plan data with benefits from third-party services.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Keep your login credentials and subscription information secure. Do not disclose your subscription URL, import details, or screenshots containing credentials. If you notice unusual activity, change your password promptly and explain the situation in a support ticket.

There is no limit on the number of simultaneously connected devices when the account holder uses the service on their own devices. Data usage is governed by the selected plan. Unlimited devices do not permit reselling, renting, or publicly distributing a subscription, or sharing an account or subscription with others. You may not grant third parties access to the service through bulk distribution, resale, or similar methods.

Compliance Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they live and where they use the service, as well as the rules of the websites, apps, and content platforms they access. Users are responsible for confirming that their intended use is lawful. The service must not be used for illegal activities or to infringe on another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights.

Using the service to conduct network attacks, distribute malware, commit fraud, access systems without authorization, or send spam is prohibited. Do not disrupt route operations, damage service facilities, or affect other users’ normal use through abnormal requests. If a third-party platform restricts access or an account, follow that platform’s rules.

Availability and Scope of Liability

Your connection experience depends on factors such as your local network, device configuration, carrier routing, route maintenance, and the status of the destination platform. VPNSweet does not guarantee a fixed speed, continuous availability of a particular exit location, or uninterrupted access to third-party platforms. Maintenance and route changes may affect some connections; check announcements on the site or in the user panel for updates.

If a connection fails, first check your local network, subscription status, and client configuration, then consult the troubleshooting guide. The service cannot control changes to third-party platform content, account decisions, or access policies. Liability is determined and allocated according to applicable law and the specific circumstances. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Account Suspension and Termination

If a user engages in unlawful use, resale or sharing, malicious disruption of the service, or another material breach of these terms, VPNSweet may suspend relevant connections or terminate access to the account, depending on the level of risk. To address an active security risk, restrictions may be applied first, with an explanation provided afterward.

If you disagree with the outcome, you may request a review through a support ticket. Include when the issue occurred, any error message, and the necessary information for verification. Cover passwords and subscription credentials before submitting materials. Account actions do not affect your right to raise an objection or exercise other rights under applicable law.

Amendments and Refund Information

If the service or its applicable requirements change, VPNSweet will update this page and announce important changes on the site or in the user panel. The month shown at the top of the page identifies the terms version. Changes affecting benefits under existing orders will be handled according to applicable law and the order terms; updates to these terms will not arbitrarily alter confirmed benefits.
